Caerphilly garage conversions are incredibly professional and fast, always turned up right on time, very early and were extremely respectful of our neighbours. The build is done to a high standard and accommodated our change requests really flexibly as the build progressed. We were consulted very well throughout the process so we knew what to expect, what to order and when, timescales on next steps etc. The team was extremely clean and tidy and ensured disruption was kept to a minimum. Caerphilly Garage Conversions and the wider team advised on best options throughout and we were really sorry to see them go when the project was completed. We have already called them for additional work. I Would highly recommend to friends and family and welcome requests to show people the standard of their work on request.
We wanted to have a garage conversion at the side of of our house in Machen Caerphilly, and Caerphilly Garage Conversions were recommended to us by a family member. The owner, is very friendly and polite and arrived for our first meeting on time. After agreeing the project with him and supplying architects drawings, we agreed a price and contract. Work started on the agreed day, and his men came more or less every day for the two weeks the job lasted. As the trades came in for the last part of the project, there was the odd quiet day, but we knew this was going to happen. All his team have been very courteous, and they kept the site clean, especially between our house and our neighbours. The quality of work, especially the plastering, electrical and plumbing work, has been very good. We have been impressed with the mens willingness to work late to get things done. Communications have generally been excellent.Where there were changes to the job, the costs were agreed straight away, and I would say that Caerphilly Garage Conversions have definitely charge a very fair price for the work they have done.
